Worst company.The behaviour of owner partha kundu and store manager pratik das is pathetic.Their behaviours are very rude.I have bought one bed and sofa .Within one month stiches of sofa came out and when i call them they do not care after they sold the product.Their warranty is meaningless.

Worst experience. Worst staff and their behavior is horrible They don't know how to talk to customers. I had bought one L type sofa but quality was not good. Price is high but quality is poor. I would suggest people not to buy sofa from this store.

I ordered a bed. My experience is good from giving order till now.nThey delivered what they had promised. I don't see any issue till now after a week of use.nnAfter assembly I faced few minor problems with a fitting and colors at some area. The sales person immediately took the matter and sent their man to fix it . I am overall happy and satisfied with their professionalism , customer friendly behaviour and service. Will sure visit the store again with other requirements.nnUPDATE: After a year use I feel the polish/colour is not done properly. Mainly at the corners Paint is coming out that looks very bad. However product still serving good.
