We are out of state, so I was very grateful that the funeral home suggested Robin Wood Flowers as someone they work with. Your website is beautiful, well-organized and very helpful at reflecting your designs. I called so that I could communicate more details for my order. Pam answered and was so very thorough and helpful at taking my order and assuring me of the details. I appreciated the digital receipt and the confirmation email that the flowers had been delivered. Our family sent us pictures of the arrangement, which was beautiful and included a hand-written version of the message that I emailed. Sadie & all of the people in the office gave me the best wedding flowers & experience ever! Sadie presented - so professionally - a thorough presentation of amazing options on types of flowers, styles of bouquets, what flowers were in season, where to place them etc. I will say that I had an idea of what I wanted, emailed some changes, then a few weeks prior, I made so many more changes just thinking about the presentation she showed me and what would capture our style even better. The flower arrangements from Robin Wood Flowers are the most beautiful I've ever seen! They load them with so many flowers/greenery/natural vines/herbs, that you could spend an hour just soaking in the variety and beauty from every angle. I love to rotate my arrangement every day so that I see new and beautiful flowers. The flowers are always fresh and last longer than any other florist I've used. Well worth the cost and always a work of art!
