Melody and staff absolutely knocked it out of the park on putting together a fantastic arrangement for our family.nnIt was so gratifying to work with these professionals that went the extra mile truly understanding the importance of the occasion and even exceeding what I had envisioned. Phillip at Bancroft's Flowers was such a joy to work with! He took my order over the phone and my long note for the card message and was so pleasant. I told him I'd had bad experiences with ordering flowers online recently and I really wanted a pretty arrangement. They knocked it out of the park! Within an hour he'd texted me an image of the arrangement, note and total to my phone. Thank you for providing such a great service and beautiful flowers!! Everyone should order from here!!
