This place is exceptional! Always fresh ingredients and the food here is made with love. The presentation is amazing and the dishes here are wonderful. Definitely an overall trend towards healthy items.

I’m from Miami and if there’s a place I’ll miss when I go back home is The Lights. Best coffee and breakfast I’ve ever had. Amazing way to start the day. Everything was fresh and unlike anything I’ve ever tried. The staff was helpful and the place is beautiful. Really a hidden gem

I’m visiting the area and my friend brought me here. We are both barista veterans and coffee snobs. This place is EXCELLENT. Great food/ drinks and friendly staff. Fresh. Local. Real food. Enjoy!

This is by far the best and healthiest food place I have ever been too. The staff is also the friendliest people we have ever met. I'm so thankful for this place where we can get local, organic, and super fresh food for our family.

I stopped here for lunch yesterday. The staff were very welcoming and made suggestions about the menu as to ingredients and flavor. I chose a grain bowl for highly recommended by two staff. I also had the ginger honey tea. I am learning to eat quinoa so have not developed a taste for it. The serving was large so could only eat half, but it did have a nice flavor. The hot tea was delicious. I gave a 4 for do feel it is pricey for lunch. A grain bowl and hot tea .. $17.95.
