This is a great little basic neighborhood cafe. You can get sandwiches, salads, pizza and dessert; all of which tastes good but won't blow your socks off. The space is very much old town Minneapolis with old wood floors, different types of chairs, local artist works on the walls for sale and a deli like front desk with food and desserts.

Lots of gluten-free items in their baked goods display. I thought the prices for their breakfast menu was decent, and entirely good tasting. ud83dude0anYou won't feel gross after eating here!

Warning: if you like to have more than one cup of coffee-this might not be your place. There is $1 charge per refill on a small cup, not worth it for those of us who need a few cups to get our day started.nnThe service was good. The staff were all friendly and the establishment itself was bright and clean.nnWe got oatmeal, fruit, and biscuits and gravy. The biscuits and gravy are a definite recommendation if you're in the area.

Gigi's has an amazing veggie burger. Walnut and spinach with millet and a cheddar crust. It's a delicious combination that holds up well! Unique veggie burgers are so rare these days with the impossible burger and beyond meat. Great customer service.
