The gym trainers are friendly and professional, they motivate you for building up healthy lifestyle, even aerobic sessions are conducted every Saturday, the equipments are well maintained. They have new set of equipment. Even for women they have a seperate trainer. The atmosphere is energetic. the washroom is clean and there is water filter too in the premises. CrossFit training is provided.

Good, clean gym with a variety of classes. Vast cardio machine selection; weight room with new equipments, it has all of the basic necessities for weight lifting (squat rack, cable machines, decent range of dumbbells, etc). The trainers & staff here are beyond friendly and helpful.....

Best one in the town !! If you want to get fit you need to join this gym . Trainers are very helpful and food in nature.!nOverall it's a very nice gym !
