My experience at Agrawal Dental Clinic has been amazing. Dr. Rohit and Dr. Vaishali, both are extremely skilled, kind, professional, and trustworthy. The entire experience has caused me to reassociate ‘dental visits’ to something to look forward to rather than dread. From associating it with disease, pain, and decay, I have started looking forward to it as wellness, self care, healing, grooming. That is how painless and comfortable the experience has been. (Treatment taken for -RCT, dental filling for cavity, cleaning.) The doctor has been very patient and doesn’t want to finish things off in fewer seatings than what was needed to ensure my tooth’s comfort.nThe attitude of the establishment towards money is also that of generosity and transparency. I paid for my RCT on the first visit, and didn’t have to touch my wallet until the last sitting for that tooth. These little things psychologically have such a positive impact.nMoreover, I can not appreciate enough the thoroughness and punctuality in the appointment-fixing process. As well as the flexibility. I receive a gentle reminder on my phone to reconfirm my appointment the day before. The first day I received instructions on how to reach the clinic and measures I should ensure from my end. I haven’t had to wait unnecessarily at the clinic. I make sure I keep my appointment that I agreed to, to the minute, and I have been treated with the same respect.nThe staff is also very pleasant to interact with, kind, polite and professional.nDid I say how much I appreciate the professionalism and the thoroughness in the appointment fixing and keeping process. :)nI have found my dental caregivers.nnP.S- Utmost precautions were taken at the clinic in respect to safety against COVID-19.
