I went there to buy curtains and bedsheets . Collection wise its good but they literally take customers on granted . I have never seen such careless counter staffs while junior staffs who show us the products are really nice but pathetic experience starts when you come for billing on counter. One lady is there who is like mera kya jata h lena h lo nhi lena h mt lo, mujhe card details n all pata nhi ...She was lacking the basic human traits of how to behave with customer . Now one another bald head man is there who is next level just laughing no matter what concern or assistance you want.nnBecause of these careless counter staffs we try not to visit those shops and once big bazaar n all big retail giants come these small shopkeepers complain that you have taken our businesses but trust me sometimes these careless counter staffs put their and their subordinates job also on danger. Hope my words reaches to management of Goyal furnishings.
