The spa is great, the facility and the therapist are really nice. More importantly they are from Thailand so you got to enjoy the authentic Thai Massage. But the reason of my marking 3 star is the reception. One when I booked, I had adsiadditi request and there was no handover when I walked in . Secondly the receptionist was playing game in mobile which talking to me. Well I did not expect that.very very important thing, The receptionist did not gave any bill..to the managmeman this is a big area of improvement. I am a regular spa visitor but I will hesitate next time to walk in to this spa for This. But i must say, the thwraithe and the facilities are realyr nice.

A great massage spa in Alipore Kolkata. The spa is well maintained with highly professional staff. All the masseuse are from Thailand and thus know their trade. The rooms are good with shower facility. The music is calm and soothing along with the trained therapists. They offer numerous kinds of massage viz. Dry,oil, bellanese deep tissue, swedish etc. I tried the oil massage which was very good and relaxing. The technique used by therapists really calmed my nerves and got rid of all the lethargy. They have cashless payments system and offers discounts as well. I was told about numerous shady spas operating in the city, but I believe it is the nature of human to indulge in any activity they prefer, I didn't find any such thing there...if such a thing is found somewhere it would be because of client-therapist arrangements I believe...in general no massage spa would advertise these things. In total I had a fulfilling experience and truly I was refreshed.
