They have shorter duration.Therapist Average, Amenities below standard. I have taken for 50 min massage but in my stop watch it showing 32min. Hot water is not coming from shower. Overall worst experience

The lady at the reception .. the one with soects needs to be much more welcoming to the guests & should keep aside her ruideness !!

I made an appointment for therapeutic body massage,but when I arrived they refused to serve me because I was female. Now how could the therapist can only serve to the men? I think there is something fishy at the spa.

Therapist enters the room and starts asking about extra services and tips. The actual massage is hopeless. Horrible is an understatement for this place.
