I did waxing. They were using same strips for so long and also wax cleaning method is very unprofessional. Atleast use sponges.

They use fake products. They charge as per high quality and branded products which we want, but use very low quality and non branded products which were expired. And then claim that it is what we asked for.nPlease be careful. Always check the expiry dates on every products they use and ask them to pour the product in front of you to check its the right product. Or else avoid going theren(we asked for schwarzkopf spa product they used L'OrealnWe asked for O3 face product they wanted to use lotus behind our back)
