Quick response to quote request. Easy to schedule an appointment. The owner Dave was informative and fair. He could have easily done additional breaker exchanges/installation based on my initial request, but he told me how to address it without needing to add more expense. He discussed what to look out for in the future and how to troubleshoot problems. Ethical, quick, and customer focused service. I hope to not have future issues, but if I do I will definitely contact them again!

I had a large to do list for Carlos and his partner. They were courteous, professional and timely. I needed them to replace my smoke alarms and they noticed my dogs were nervous when they tested the alarms. They waited for me to walk my dogs so they could test all of the alarms without upsetting them - great customer service. Would definitely recommend!

Fantastic experience. The office communicated with me leading up to our appointment. I received a text when Dave was on his way and when he arrived he was incredibly thorough, walking me through exactly what needed to be done. Will absolutely use them again.

This is the kind of company you want on your home team. From initial communication to the bill - we are very happy. And each time they have been to our house we have learned something that has saved us money on energy use. Hard to beat that.
