It is one of the worst buses ..I boarded. Bus at 8 :00 pm in Guntur and the dropping time for Visakhapatnam was at 5 am as per website ....but the bus driver and clesner delayed the bus journey by letting in other non reservation passengers ....and I reached Visakhapatnam at 9:30 am in morning which is 4 hrs late ...I was unable to attend a important meeting because of the irresponsible staff of Nani sai Krishna travels

No proper communication regarding delivery of booked items. They promised next day delivery but were delivered only after 5 days with numerous visits.

Worst management.Iam sorry to say this, your staff is very rude and arrogant they are unable to respond in a correct manner. Tell your staff to behave in polite way
