Rush place ! you'll have to rush into the bus as soon as it reaches the stop ! The staff's response would be ok! The ambience might not be your cup of tea if you're hygienic!noverall it'll be an ok experience!

Booking two tickets to my pregnant sister n younger brother to go palakonda, bus tym 7.45pm on provided stop near padmaja petrol bunk, we are cmg late 10 mins and bus driver says we already reached vijayawada!!!! In 10 mins bus will go vijayawada is it possible, bus driver behaviour so rude n harshly talks, again they given another number to pickup, but we are afraid so many languages n pregnant women with 1 yr kid n my younger brother, me n my sister husband follow the bus at 9am, bus looking very old not even space to put the laggage, finally returned to home at 11.30, weird experience, I never suggest this travel again, thanks to show gud lesson to me, one star also waste I given .000000000000000001 star

Staff will change seats with out information I asked them they are saying they cancel it. we planned 5 days before and they are playing and changing ac to non ac with out information and orgues
