C & B Electric & Security

C & B Electric and Security was the contracted company for the new build on our home. We are using them for security monitoring and had them install our home center/media center components. Our go to person is Nathan Boyd. From the very start the entire company has been nothing short of fabulous. When we had them start up our alarm system he also installed our ring doorbell for us, super quickly. Alexis in the office is super helpful and got our billing set up quickly and made it easy to understand. When Nathan came out to give us an estimate for the media center he was really patient with all our questions and gave us several options. He worked with us to make the home theater a place we love. He really knows his business and explained things as he went, as well as installing a very user friendly system. We had a small issue this past week and he was out the same day to make it all right. We enjoy visiting with him when he comes out and while we hope we don't need him for a service need he is a valued contact and we will definitely stay in touch. We had many choices when we moved into our home, and we are so happy we went with C & B.

C&B monitors our home and supposedly provides monitoring service but they have failed to do so fir the last 6 months. Even when alarm goes off.. noone reaches out to check.. it has happened multiple times. And when I called to cancel they put me to voicemail. I am totally frustrated and disappointed and this close to reporting them to business bureau.

Great company to work with. Everyone has been super friendly and patient, even when most would not. Teri has been so helpful with any needs I have had and made sure to get me anything and everything I have needed.

We just built a new house and Ryan Woollett of C&B Electric had great suggestions for wiring a home entertainment system and security. He was also very friendly and professional. I would definitely recommend C&B Electric and Security!

Installation of our home theater room was great, but we are unable to enjoy it because we have issues monthly. Apparently there are some connection issues and this company can't remote in with the Control 4 app/remote. They have come out several times and now charge us for coming out to fix an issue. How about you guys fix the issue by getting the right IP address to remote in so that you dont have to drive to our home and make extra money.
