When I read few of the ratings I am not willing to visit but unfortunately we have no choice. Good place for eye treatments. Staff behavior was really good.

The main problem is the staff are uneducated. They cant communicate with the patients. If you are from WB or Odisha and if communicate in Hindi or English they wont talk with you properly. The opticians while testing are in hurry and inexperienced. A couple of doctors are very good such as Dr. Praveen Kumar but unfortunately they have already left the hospital. The hospital is busy expanding the infrastructure but lack good staff. It will take you hours to reach to the doctor. They will send you from one floor to the other. Utterly disappointed.

Hospital is Very clean and very good at maintaince. Have to take online appointments to finish Ur check up early or else u can take Ur appointment at the time u arrived

I had gone through prk eye surgery on 27.05.2020. Post surgery my left eye not recovered till now and it's any emergency not available doctor after damage ur eye available doctor worst staff behaviour worst treatment I personally not recommended.
