I give five star rating for this hospital because of having excellent and experienced doctors. Remaining facilities are good but doctors of this hospital are awesome....

One of the worst hospital in Vizag City. Out of my experience from past 15 days I am Not at all happy the way the complete process is handled so far. I have details of each and every staff of the hospital if you (management) are interested, call/message me, will share my experience. As of now, I don't think I will recommend any of my friends to this hospital.

Hospital staff is very helpful, the atmosphere of the hospital is nice, amenities are good enough, i did not face any issues last 8 days in the hospital.

My mom has a mild heart attack, we immediately went to medicover hospital with reference of my cousin- G.chakrapani (MBBS) ,doctors and staff received in a proper way and the main doctor Dr. Ravikumar - cardiologist is the best in the city.nThey are very good in their job and my mom recovered in a week, in icu for 3 days observation.

Dear Medicover Management team.nnThe non technical staffs are not well coordinate. Specially the Billing department have takes lot of time to billing 4 to 5 hours also the summery typing also. The discharge process is too much delay. I suffered 15 hours discharge process. I also seen others also same. I totally frustrated. There is no manager at hospital. And the diagnosis cost is double as compare to vijaya diagnosis.nnKindly management go through and solve the problem.nnYour customernPrabir kumar sahu.
