Hygenic hospital with responsive front office staff and nurses. Treatment done is good but waiting period is longer must introduce token and slot system for out patient services. No car parking provided in hospital cellar for outpatients. we have to search around the place for parking.

The only reason why I gave two star is because of the doctor Sravanthi ..she was humble to answer all my questions and look after the patient well..The front office assistants and nursing sisters were so lethargic to look the patient. We need to keep following the sisters for reminding the injection time. The billing department was so horrible ..They literally took 7 hours to discharge the patient. They need to improve the service to be best in the market.!!

Very good experience here in Queens NRI hospital, the nursing staff, duty doctors and the admin staff behavior is very cordial and welcoming. Kiran Kumar AO admin officer response is very appreciated. Overall I rate the hospital and their service a 5 star.

They r not even capable of scoring 1 star... There should be an option for negative stars...nDoctors r considered as god... But they r even worst than RAKSHASHA.nDon't ever consider it as a hospital.... It is a direct way to deathnPatient is in dying situation and they r not even responding to patient.... Even r not capable of serving a glass of water to a patient who is badly in need of waternJust for the sake of humanity also they can't give a glass of water.. Okay i understand the situation and environment created by Covid.... But giving a glass of water was not just a big issuenGoing there for treatment means just wasting time and money and making our situation worst and uncontrollablenWe had faced struggle and i don't want anyone else to go through this situation and loose their loved onenThis hospital DON'T EVEN DESERVE TO BE THE LAST OPTION FOR PATIENTS.
