Pinnacle Hospital

A big No! Their medicines messed up the health of my dear family member without curing the problem(Got better with other hospital). Your problem won't be cured here but money will be gone. Worst doctors.nnThey make you think your problem is incurable and have to use their medicines for life. They intensionally prescribe unnecessary tests and medicines. Long waiting and no guarantee you'll meet the doctors( A day waste and visit another day).The general physician is the worst of them all. No value for patients lives. Karma is coming to pinnacle soon.

No!! A big no for this hospital!! If you really care for your loved ones then near visit this hospital.. I have never seen this kind of irresponsible and careless staff, nurses and doctors.. They don't even take basic care.. You have to wait for hours and hours to meet the doctor as there is no fix time.. No senior doctor is available in case of emergency.. The emergency ward of the hospital has no proper ventilation and it mostly seems to appear like a store room.. No proper treatment is given on time which leads to major issues or eventually death.. Then when you realise all these things and request for discharge they try to scare you and start telling about the risks.. The worst thing about the hospital which hurts you the most is the patient is not provided with drinking water facility like HOW CHEAP a hospital must and should have the facility of providing drinking water be it normal, hot or cold.. When you are charging for each and every thing you should have basic courtesy to provide basic essentials.. There is no proper waiting hall.. I just wonder upon the death rate of the hospital.. I think it's doctors duty to inform the family about the condition of patients but they never informed the correct condition.. It's doctors and hospitals duty to serve patients 24*7 but they are taking the advantage of pandemic.. I seriously curse the hospital and especially DR. D. Srinivas.. how he could be so irresponsible especially when a patient is in the I.C.U or ventilator.. Why no one was there at night.. How can leave serious patients?? If it would be their own family member would they have done the same??

Best Hospital with Good team of Drs and Admin team. Their motto is patient care first. Best Infra and facility in the city...

Pathetic services and no guidance on tests and their report timings. They wont suggest all tests at once, just for an endoscopy they request all tests exists in the hospital and each day they do hardly one or two tests. so it will take a week to 10 days to finish these tests and then they say, some tests you need to perform 1 day before and the cycle repeats. God only can who go there. Govt Hospital are better administration than this so called 5-Star Hospital. Hospital will not be a star hospital just by keeping name like Star

The over all experience is good. Doctors are very friendly n taking good care of patients. The hospital is maintaining good hygiene. Nursing staff are rendering good services.
