Stay away from Dr.Pallavi Gynic. All she does is mint money for the hospital. Worst doctor and worst hospital.

Dr .Venkatesh service is good and responded in a timely manner .nnNurse: for few of them training required about timely medication and should be handled by them rather than asking attendent to check on tablets and IV completion.nnRooms: Very Very low standard and not hygiene.nnHelpers: No adequate helpers to attend patient when moving in Ambulances.nUnfortunately patient relatives been asked to handle during that time.nnMissing lively atmosphere here, as every employee looks more overloaded with work.

I must say that OMNI RK is the worst hospital in Vizag. I have met with an accident and went to Omni RK for an X Ray n clean up. Even though I had a huge swelling on my face and my hands were bleeding, they did not agree to take it as an emergency nor offered to clean up the wound. Made us wait for 1hour in d queue just for d billing and an hour more for d X Ray. Please note that the charges are not fixed but vary per person. No one in d billing section could tell us how much it would cost for d X Ray or CT Scan but everyone were looking at me n my husband and kept on repeating that they wouldn't know the prices. Surprisingly the man in front of the computer also couldn't confirm but kept on making signals to d other staff as to how much to tell. After so much of secret discussion they said that it would cost 3k for the X Ray and 9k for CT Scan. We paid for X Ray, waited for one more hour for the X Ray guy n took d report to Orthopedic in d 1st floor. Waited for 20 min with bleeding hand and was about to fell unconscious when they let us in after pleading several times. Then d Ortho told d staff to clean up d wound n wrote prescription. He was not at all interested in my doubts or concerns but wanted to finish fast n move to next patient. The only thing he said was the bone cracked, will heal gradually, use medicine n he was done in 2 min. Over all its a hospital where they are trained only to rob patients and to maintain zero compassion or empathy.

The worst service ever in my life..we have admitted my father on Aug 9th at 8pm with mild lung infection. They suspected Covid-19. He walked himself into the hospital actively. But i dont know what treatment they did, my father expired on Aug 9th, 7.30 am in the hospital. Even they didnt give case file and reports even after 10 days. I visited hospital three times after my father death for reports. There is no response from them. There is two guys in the reception one is Narsing and another one is Ganesh i think. The dont have any concern about patients and dont know how to behave with the customers. If anybody have no hopes on life then only go to Ominihospital.

My grand mother admitted on ICU one week back in omni rk hospital.and recovered soon under the treatment of our family Dr.L.Venkatesh.and we fell satisfactory.He took the proper care during the treatment .nNursing staff also good treatmentnnSuggestion : House keeping services must improve and lift services are should be improve
