My experience at Nashville Toyota North was nothing short of impeccable. We bought a 2020 Toyota Camry at a great price! Our salesman, Dave McCullough made everything so simple. We are so grateful for the level of customer service that we experienced here. Everyone was excited about the Toyota brand, and it showed. It was clear that the employees wanted us to leave with the perfect car, but they were not pushy in any way. Barrett in the financial department, answered all of our questions and helped us out a lot!!nnMoral of the story, if you are looking for a great car-request to be helped by Dave. We've been to the car purchasing rodeo many times this working with these guys, without hesitation, was the best experience we've ever had. Ronnie, our sales rep, was an outstanding professional - so helpful, patient and knowledgeable. We are completely pleased with the pricing we received and had very little of the annoying back-and-forth with the sales manager stuff that drives us all insane. Jay, the finance manager, was thorough and a sincerely nice person. We were out of the dealership in record time. We highly recommend this outfit.

After having a less than desirable experience at another dealership , I came to Toyota of North Nashville after seeing my dream car online . Robert Gwynn was my salesperson and he was great to work with . He was very knowledgeable about the cars , helpful with all my questions, and very respectful. Also, the finance officer Jay was very informative, nice , and funny . These two made for an overall great experience. I would definitely recommend going to there to find your next vehicle and ask for Robert !

Robert Gwynn was outstanding! I knew exactly what I wanted and he made sure he did everything he could to achieve it. I already loved the car but after I was shown all the features by Robert I was sold. Nashville Toyota North was friendly clean and made you feel welcomed from the moment you pulled into their parking lot. I highly recommend this dealership and Robert as your Sales Person!!
