Worst parlour ever seen. I recommend everyone not to visit this parlour, if you care for your beauty. Would prefer to give a negetive rating. It was my first and the last experience visiting this place.

Very unprofessional! Wanted to try it out as I saw good reviews in google on my trip to the city. I called them at 1017 am and a gentleman answered and I asked him if it was open. He said yes. I asked for a stylist as he was recommended by the name of Tabrez and I was informed he will come at 11 am. I asked specifically if there is someone available for a haircut and the person said yes. Went about 10 minutes later only to find the place closed. Knocked and went inside, the place was being mopped by a cleaner and I told her that I’m here for a haircut. She informed me that there is no haircut available today. I told her and showed her my phone and advised her that I spoke to the phone no listed in google and the person on the other end confirmed that I can come for a haircut. She told me that she has no clue who spoke to me and why they confirmed because they don’t do haircut today.nComplete waste of time and very bad first impression. Management needs to get a hold of this place and the staff.nI will not recommend.

I got my perm done from here and it was the best experience. Staff and esp Tabrez the hair stylist was very good. My perms are perfect and can’t count the number of compliments I have received in the past few weeks.
