I could give 10 stars for their service and quality products they deliver. I am new to Ann Arbor and don't have a car yet. I wanted to try FastIndianGrocery's delivery service for the first time. They always deliver fresh and well packaged products on time. FIG has been a life saver during this pandemic. Excellent customer service!! They respond to your calls immediately and address your concerns. Highly recommend them for good quality Indian groceries!
We ordered online and got everything quick and well packed. The store is well stocked and the staff is always very kind and courteous. They are by far the best grocery store I've shopped at. They deserve all my business! Please check them out.
I am writing this review only after eating the fulka rotis that I received a few minutes ago. WOW is my reaction. The rotis were still warm when I got them from Kedar who is the owner. He was polite and fun to talk to. I love Rotis but not a good roti-maker. lol. My sister makes amazing Fulka roti and this is the only other roti that I can say is amazing. I can safely say that I am going to be a regular roti consumer. Some other stuff was not available and he refunded me for those items. the whole process was so easy and stress free. I highly recommend online shopping with FastIndianGrocery.com. and again, WOW fulka rotis... You have to eat them yourself to know how yummy they are!
The worst delivery service. You can order if you have patience to call them twice or thrice to remind about your order then only they will deliver your items. Mostly they never deliver all the items you ordered and they won't refund you for the undelivered items.
