Nice bank, Good Customer service.

Worst experience i have ever seen, I went to axis regarding Credit card close. Banker gave me Cus req form. Then The officer said that your card willbe close with in 4 days thereafter i went there they said card has been closed. You no need to pay money. Months were gone(3months) I got a call from Axis bank that you haven't been paid credit card bill for last 3 months. I was shocked After i went to bank i said this issue. The officer checked with system then she told me that yes sir your card has not closed permanent But temporary closed. My CREDIT score is totally damaged for this Axis bank I paid 4300 rs instead of 350 rs bill During the time i had applied Business loan in other bank It hasbeen cancelled because of credit score. The banker really dont know how to solve the problem Just do it for they have to leave from customer 100/0 mark Those who are want to buy credit card which i recommend you not to buy from Axis bank Thank you

Very worst experience I ever seen before..One month back i have applied for new debit card,but till now haven't get any response.No one have responceblity with their job.Dont know to whom I need to complain!Going to close my account.
