Amazing, absolutely no compromise on quality. One of the best in Guwahati. ₹500 would be enough for 2 persons. Among all the restaurants in Uzanbazar I found Hot Pot to be the best. Staff behaviour is extremely generous, service is very quick.nHere I have attached an image of veg thukpa, if you are not feeling well, order a thukpa and you will thank me later. Usage of herbs deserves special mention

Pros- decent place for family, kitchen transparency is there which is quite a good thing.nCons- food was not good, chicken manchurian was very dull and didn't taste good. Noodles were not as good as the prices were.

Run by a reputed chef having previously worked at hotels abroad. Specialist in Oriental cuisine. The place is well known for their momo, which probably the best in Guwahati. Combo meals, rice bowls also available. The ambience and decor are simple.

The momos here are beyond good for the price they come for. The Thai curry also deserves a mention. Good service and friendly staff
