I had been to Aura spa couple of times. They are professional, the therapist are very knowledgeable. They have a policy of attending only one guest at a time, which makes you feel very special.

Very poor maintenance. Mushrooms growing in the restaurant Saffron padded walls. Roaches found dead below chairs. Roaches roaming around on tables in board room and restuarant. Really needs to improve the maintenance. Spider webs hanging above.

I was super impressed with the Aura Spa. It's a beautiful and professional facility with a warm and welcoming staff. Krishnakali, who manages it, is very welcoming, and Nanapat gave me a phenomenal massage! I highly recommend this place!

Experience with this spa is awesome, as I am a regular spa hopper in Kolkata. Management is cooperative, courteous staff, timely service, gives me every worth of the money spent. Recommend to all who likes quality service at competitive rates.
