THE COMPANY MUSCLE & METAL HAS SHUT DOWN.nHopefully they will soon be opening their gym at a new location. I used their gym for quite some time. It had:n1.Great Atmospheren2. Wonderful peoplen3. Excellent trainers and Staffn4. A good price both for regular gyming and Personal Training.nI hope they open their new gym soon.

Well equipped gym with trained professionals. The trainers are really helpful. It's open till 10pm on weekdays so working personnel can also go. I would highly recommend this gym.

Fitness is the main source of energy. We hardly get good fitness centers with all modern amenities. All fitness trainers are certified and having extra ordinary skills related to their work. The ambience of the gym is superb. You feel great while exercising there.So, join Muscle and metal Gym and give new heights to your fitness.

Poor staff shows no respect to people , worst crew and trainers. They will only cling to females all the time, sometimes even look drunk.
