Sri Balaji action medical institute is like a family doctor for us, as their staff is so caring and they treat patients as their family members. I have gone there many times for the regular checkup of my parents and my wife.

worst Service.. Today i visited the hospital at midnight with my mother who is suffering from acetics... they said u need to admit her.. i went to the counter for admission they asked for 30000 deposit, at that time i was having 5000 in my pocket.. they said admission is not possible.. i said in midnight how can i get 30000... then they said you have sign a undertaking that you will deposit by 8 am.. i told them bank will open by 10am how can i give u before that... they misbehaved so badly.... then we left that hospital because of the misbehaviour... i have the video recording of the staff...

I have visited this hospital with my daughter for her weakness problems and I was amazed by the cleanliness and Covid 19 precautions they follow to keep themself safe. I recommend this as a good hospital in Delhi.

Worst staff ever. They are always sad and keep on blabbering bs. Always telling you dont do that do that. There is no proper canteen here. Only food available here is patties and sandwiches. They will charge ton of money but their services doesnt worth a penny. I will never recommend anybody to visit here. Its all coming from my personal experience here. I have stayed here for whole days and night and i can assure you that what i have written is absolutely true.

Best hospital in delhi for a reason. I had to undergo surgery for stone remove from Gall bladder. Doctor suggested for laparoscopic surgery and it was very good, i recovered in 2 days. The staff is supportive.
