I was a regular visitor to your Park plaza and sarover mahagun portico outlets... As I found it good value for money, but haven't visited you in a while now. I'd urge you to introduce good discounts again. 20% isn't good enough for a major portion of your client base, specially when you've gotten them used to much better deals.

Nice ambiance / pathetic servicenI am giving this place a single star only because they have nice interiors and pleasant staff (mostly) I have been to this place few times as it is near to my residence for usually a trim work (that was OK). I recently visited them for a hair-cut and which ended terribly bad. Staff didn't even realized that I was left with not uneven but out of proportion hair on the sides. As I had a meeting later in New Friends Colony, I stopped by Affinity salon in the market and literally my head was topic of laughter as some thought I tried chopping my hair myself.nNice ambiancenPleasant staffnNOT RECOMMENDED FOR HAIR CUT

Nice place...one of my friend went there for massage and haircut.. She was appreciating the services that spa hibiscus staff gave. This was her first visit and she was very much satisfied..

Services are okay but the receptionist Mrs. Naaj is a big time lier. She misguides customer and takes false appointments. I took an appointment and specially asked for one particular beautician Heena. Mrs. Naaj lied to me and told that she is here and your booking is confirmed and when I actually reached there, I got to know that she had already left the firm two months back.nI just want to beware the customers with such kind of liers who misguides their customers and breaks customers' trust. She has no ethical value and she is highly unprofessional.nRefrain yourself going here.
