Good experience! You can book your ticket without any problem. It’s located on the first floor. When you enter the room then go to the number machine to take your number. Press only once because it gives the number with a bit of delay. It gave me 3 numbers. Then you have to get a reservation form. Don’t forget to take a pen and passport with you to fill the reservation form. You have write details of your passport in the form. Be careful on your way to the office, because people want to stop you to rip you off!

Located on the second floor of Delhi Station. If you already know what train ticket you want to buy, directly put the information under your ID information. If you haven't, the officer there will help to check what train, what time and what class you prefer. They were so nice and helpful. For international traveler ( non-Indian ) only.

What's the point of this hideous place? To have you sit in broken sofas and wait for hours to book a ticket that you could have booked online yourself or at a travel agent. Waste of time and effort, the staff need to go back to 101 Customer Service Training. After two hours of wasted life I booked a bus to Agra (only 400rupees and included hotel pickup) and a flight to Varanasi. If this is the level of hospitality for the rail system in India, I'd prefer to fly to or bus it. Re-train your hideous staff!!!

That is a good place ! Don't trust anybody who tell you that this place is close or train are already full. Staff is helpful, open until 11pm. We went there at 9:30pm, no queue, we got our tickets quickly.

This is the only real train ticket office. All the other agencys will charge you extra money for the train ticket. It's kind of hard to find but it is there and also open on sundays. Don't trust the people outside the station. They will tell you that it's closed on sundays and will lead you to a bad tourist agancy!
