Fake company . Cheaters allnnVery rude customer care.nFake company .nMy friend order cake and rose for me for Chandigarh location.nThey inform him that delivery successfully but i do not receive any thing even not single call.nThen I call to customer care they say we attempt delivery but your office was closed and security guard refuse to take thing. then I confirm from security manage and they say no one come to delivery.nCustomer care say all thing lie to me.nThen i request to reschedule delivery and ready to pay delivery charges . then they refuse to reschedule and mark order status as delivered.nnAgain calling to customer care . by hearing my voice they cut a call.nnAt last this is fake company and here to cheat people.nOne advice to customer :nIf they do same thing to you then you can ask to bank about fraud and get your money back .

I wish I could give them NEGATIVE RATINGS. I had to select at least one star for my review to be published. This company is a fraud. I ordered a basket of 5kg of fresh fruits to be delivered to my family in India on 23rd August. The fruit basket had a pineapple and when my mother took it out from the basket (the very next day of it being delivered), the pineapple was totally rotten. They packed the rotten fruit in a way so that it was not visible until taken out. So, I wrote to the company complaining about the same. And the response I received was absolutely disgusting. They started to blame us for not eating it early. No apology, no remorse or concern for sending out stale fruit instead of fresh one. THESE PEOPLE SHOULD NOT BE IN BUSINESS. ABSOLUTELY SHAMEFUL BEHAVIOUR. THEY ARE ONLY AFTER YOUR MONEY!!

This is a very good company for same day delivery. never give me a bad response . On time delivery and good products, Although the prices are a bit to high, I wasnnhappy to receive a promotion code to reduce the product amount. Product Quality is also good, Customer service is good too. App is good, payment gateway is also good,nnthe delivery boy is good too. Will like people to use onlineDelivery to gift their near and dear ones. Love the company, keep satisfying people and lower the price anbit.

Recently ordered a cake and flowers for my friend's birthday who stay near my home that it were delivered on time-at mid night. Cake was delicious and well baked. Flowers were fresh.And it binding nicely with a beautiful ribbon along with a beautiful small card which printed nicely and message written with stylish font.
