Smile Delhi clinic is a fabulous place that has been so comforting. I have struggled immensely with my teeth in the past and have had a great experience with Dr Suprriya, from multiple painless one sitting root canals to a smile make over which was incredible. Dr Suprriya and her team are very warm and always available on WhatsApp or calls. While travelling they have always given full support on the phone. I have also visited them during corona and their attention to safety and hygiene definitely exceeded expectations. There were no other patients when I was there and they provided me with a gown, hair net, shoe covers, gloves, mask and temperature and oxygen level checks done at entry. Would highly recommend visiting, they are very warm and maintain a very family like environment ud83dude0a
Dr Suprriya is the gentlest dentist I have ever met. She explains the entire procedure and guides you through it. Her staff is really professional. Her clinic is immaculate. Her gentle prodding over my last couple of visits have finally got me into the daily habit of night brushing. My daughters (aged 11 and 5) love being at her clinic and have never expressed any fear over having their teeth cleaned or getting any procedure done.
Visiting the dentist never is a 'fun' experience. These being covid times and since I'm now located in Bir, Himachal, I'd been reluctant to make this visit. However, the teeth demanded attention, further postponement was not possible. Oral hygiene for me is a most sensitive matter and since I am a past patient of Dr Supriya and so, familiar with the detailed protocols they follow, set up an appointment. Yes, a long drive down from Himachal, but one that gave me far more assurance than to visit a local dentist. It sure was very worth it...stepping into a sterile environment, everything from equipment to surfaces sanitised, clean up after each patient, gloves suits masks...I didn't expect any less at Dr Supriya's, but this was bordering sci-fi stuff. And of course, the calm gentle patient handling, which I have by now come to expect here. Thanks Doc, you really do go the extra mile to put patients at ease. Good work!
At Smile Delhi what I came across was that they don't stop at the treatment, what they strive for is overall satisfaction. From sanitization to regular check ups after the treatment, they make sure that everything is taken well care of. The whole treatment was a step by step process and it was completely painless. What further helped was constant guidance from Dr Supriya Bhatia after the treatment which has established me to suggest it to anyone out there seeking a good dental treatment.nnI would like to extend my gratitude to everyone working at Smile Delhi and would hope to see many more happy smiles coming out of their door!
I wanted to take this opportunity to give my warmest thanks and appreciation to Dr. Suprriya and her team. They are truly AMAZING!! So few doctors take the time to allow their patients to get to know them. Even fewer take the time to get to know their patients. I cannot tell you what an impact she had on me and my family. It was refreshing to have someone willing to develop a personalized relationship with us before sticking their hands in our mouths. Early this year, I went to get a smile makeover in preparation for my upcoming wedding and couldn't have been more satisfied. I came out with a beautiful smile that made me feel wonderful. Dr. Suprriya did a great job of patiently explaining the value and outcome of procedures, answering all questions, and providing the highest quality of treatment.nIn addition, some of my family members have been reluctant to venture out for dental treatment due to the pandemic, but they were quickly reassured by the meticulous way all staff carry out COVID safety procedures at Dr. Suprriya’s clinic. It's truly a worry-free experience and I was happy to refer my family members here for top-notch dental care. There is no other dentist I would go to or recommend than Dr. Suppriya.
