Very good and prompt service. The location too makes it so convenient. I once dropped of a very fluffy Christmas hat for dry cleaning and was quite surprised to find that they had managed to restore it to it's original condition....the white fluffy area was as white as snow....

So easy to use this laundry service. To pick up and drop cloths when you go to buy groceries. They will go out of their way if you ever need something done urgently. Highly recommended.

I have been sending my garments to the Wash Factory for dry cleaning and stain removal for about 2 years now, with great results. But the most startling one was a couple of months ago - I had been gifted a new party clutch, which was in a large paper bag. Forgetting that this was in it, I placed in the same bag, a container with some pork roast gravy. While carrying it home, the container tipped over and by the time I returned home, it had soaked through the bag - that wasn't a problem, until I went to throw out the bag, felt the additional weight of it and pulled out my new, unused, unopened, clutch purse - completely covered in oil on one side. I slathered it in talcum powder overnight, inside and out; I scraped that offo and put on more powder in the morning. After 3 such attempts, it was clearly still oozing oil and the stain had remained - marring half the clutch.nnI sent the bag to Wash Factory and Sheryl and her team were able to get the bag completely clean - I just got it back last week, as good as new.nnThank you, Wash Factory!nnI can also attest to the fact they are accessible and pay particular attention to anything that is brought to their notice.nnIf you haven't already tried the Wash Factory, you should!
