Poor customer service.nOrdered on time to receive a time sensitive medication. Got delayed by fedex. Called MDR to see what to do. The 1st lady i spoke with acted as if i was waking her up from her nap. The second one was rude and inconsiderate.nThings happen, i understand,how you handled a problem make the difference between a good and a bad customer service.nVery disappointed at MDR customer service.

I’m shocked this pharmacy has such poor reviews on google. They have, by far, some of the best over the counter pricing for fertility medications, and I have shopped around a lot having paid out of pocket for most of my medicine. They have always been prompt with service (no long phone waits), and easy with billing. I’m out of state so always order my medicine over the phone. I have used them for about 8-10 IVF /FET treatment cycles- so this is a review of my collective ~3 years of buying medicine from them. I guess you can’t trust all the reviews you read :)

This is the worst pharmacy I have ever worked with. I am out of state and my doctor uses this pharmacy for my specific fertility medications. It's constantly a fight with them because they either send the wrong amount of medication or don't ship it when they assure me they will. Billing is a joke and three different people call me with every order and none of them talk to each other. They have to be paying providers to use this pharmacy or I don't understand how anyone would go back to them.
