First of all, the female pharmacist was rude as hell over the phone and basically hung up on me because she was too busy to answer my question as she “had at least 5 people standing in front of her at the time.”nnThen I showed up and she claimed that they don’t take my insurance, which is CIGNA and that a prescription I normally pay zero dollars for will be $146. Next she claimed she could get me a better price, called someone on the phone and came back with the same price.nnI prefer to give my business to private pharmacies instead of chain pharmacies but I have to say, at least chain pharmacies are held accountable to a greater standard of customer service.nnTwo thumbs down for 90210. Take your business somewhere else.

I am so grateful for these guys. They are kind, organized, responsive and helpful. I have to have medications delivered and their service is an actual lifeline. Can't thankyou enough for your service, guys. Bravo to you.

Who could imagine there's a pharmacy that hands-down earns 4 stars?! I never knew it could be so good. Alto is phenomenal. I love the customer service, the app is super handy, and they deliver for free! I'll never go back to the old CVS/Walgreens way. I'm sold on Pharmacy 90210.

Warning! Fraudulent, unethicalnThe pharmacy takes advantage of customers by claiming their insurance is not accepted or that prescription medications are not covered by any insurance and that must be purchased in cash. We have a Cigna PPO plan and they wanted to charge us $160+ for what we got for only $38 at Walgreens. Example: we had a prescription for one pill for which my copay was $10. They claimed it was not covered by any insurance (not just mine rather by any insurance) and wanted me to pay $100. Later I found out that another patient used their pharmacy and ended up paying them in cash! I took my prescriptions to Walgreens and filled all 6 prescription including the expensive pill for a total of $38.
