What is the meaning of 24*7 when you don't have basic medicines at the time of emergency

It's 24/7 open shop. So if you are in emergency in night time go straight to this shop. 90% you should get your medicines but there are chances of 10% also you might not get your medicine when you need it badly that time they might ask you to come in next 2-3 days when stock is available.
