This Govt petrol pump is located in the premise of the HRTC workshop at Dhali in Shimla. Meant for fueling the HRTC buses only. There is limited space for buses to take a turn due to rush of parked state transport buses. Staff is good here. Public Washrooms and drinking Water facility available here.

It's just ok. Cleanliness is the major concern and the price of the oils gets variated a bit. The staff is also not very concerned and keep on taking with each other. The place is usually not accessable during traffic.
