Sometimes the POS machines do not work and have to pay cash, staff does not know how to operate POS machines which are NFC enabled or meant for contact less transactions. Mostly had to fill Power petrol which is an unwanted buy not appreciated at all, forcing customers to expensive fuel.
A bit congested & not enough space for making que of vehicles. Needs re orientation for proper service.
Quality petrol but lack of staff thats why you need atleast 10 to 15 minutes to refill
Small and fine petrol pump. However it is a very busy petrol pump as there are very less in the locality and it has only 2 machines.
It is good petrol pump but on Friday dated 23 October 2020 I asked the guy to refill for 500 but at the time of payment he entered the amount 5000 as I was in hurry I couldn't saw the message of deduction .. The very next day when I saw the message of deduction I was shocked to see that ,. Then I rang Mr bal krishan verma and narrate the whole story.. He found in his cashbook that money has been charged extra... And assured me to refund the balance of rs 4500 ... Let's see how much time it will take... But to all people it's my request plz pay money insteads of cards ud83dudcb3ud83dudcb3ud83dudcb3 ... Starak rahein
