Very nice hotel with good rooms and wifi connectivity. The food quality is also very good. Good customer service and helpful and experienced staff.

Worst staff service..they try to be oversmart with the customer and want to cheat.i have visited so many oyo as well as other hotels in the past..no hotel says that your id card will be returned when u will check out..you can't get it back before check out..nI came back from Shri vaishno devi today on 3/06/2019.and. Checked in Around 10:30am..I was getting offer on oyo for rs1450 with complementary breakfast included.told this to lady satff sitting at the reception.to this she said.we offer room for minimum 1500.i said I will book from oyo then..then she said ok u pay 1400 at the tym of check out..after 10 min I went back to her to ask if she is offering me complimentary breakfast as I was getting it in oyo..she said no.. I have registered u on hotel website.now I can't change..and kept my original id card..wen I ask her to return she said .will return at the tym of check out..strange isn't it..I vacated the room today only at 6.and forgot to ask for my id card .after paying my dues at the reception counter..I stayed in the hotel for 10min before final check out..I forgot to take my id card back..this lady at the reception doesn't have the courtesy to how to treat customer..if she knows to take id card.should also know to return back the same..nnAm basically from Himachal..now will i come back from Himachal to take my id back? Pathetic staff and pathetic hospitality
