Excellent service and safety measures maintained and exercised with customer. Customer service at a different high despite the Corona fear. Hats off to staff for risking their lives to ensure safety for people flying for purpose.nnFood was served hot in take away with food preparer and host temperature marked and noted. I was travelling in Delhi but has it is international terminal staff at after immigration approached for the lounge . Great experience on this situation . Excellent service from the staff.

Excellent facilities, quiet, relaxing and super clean, hygienic environment. The cherry on the cake is the professional and extremely courteous staff (Annie in particular). Had to spend about 3 hours waiting for my flight and loved it.

Excellent service and a well maintained lounge. The staff are very friendly and good options are good. The food was very tasty and hygienic, washrooms were very well maintained and it's nice to see such a spectacular lounge in Bangalore. Will visit again for sure.

The lounge is very well organised and utmost care has been taken during this pandemic also. No buffets served but menu listed in the lounge is served directly to the table in disposable containers.nAs usual food is of great taste and team at BLR lounge are well prepared to keep this place as much safe as possible. THANK YOU.
