The staff inside lounge helping customers, offering food, taking care are all really fantastic, very much courteous & having good sense of serving.nThe hygiene & social distancing maintained inside the lounge is very up to the required standard.nCurrent alternative arrangement for serving food is innovative & ideal for social distancing.nThe food is awesome too.nOf course there are always chances of improvements, like proper training of the billing counter at the entrance.nThank you BLR Domestic lounge for a wonderful family experience today, I.e. 14-10-2020.

The Domestic Lounge at Bangalore Airport is one of the places I have been to where the customer experience is simply amazing! Whenever I travel out of Bangalore, I prefer to rest at the lounge rather than the common area. The food is top quality and really tasty! I would really recommend the lounge to anyone who is traveling out domestically or internationally just for the fine experience. All the staff are really amazing too! A very good experience indeed!nnEdit: The precautions they have taken during this covid times are also really amazing.. from switching to takeaways from buffet food and marking the safe to use chairs, these people have taken care of every concern you might have :)

I visited multiple lounges in India. One of the best lounge I can say it is. Special thanks to their staff. They are very attentive either st it's higher level or lower level staffs, from receptionist to plate collector each one is ready to response.Each and every one is performing their task very professionally. Clean and calm place. They have good food range.

BLR Domestic Lounge has swiftly revamped its daily operations to continue serving its patrons while staying committed to minimizing the risk of spread during the raging pandemic. Seating has been duly marked, the team can be seen tirelessly sanitizing the frequently touched surfaces, attendants request flyers to maintain social distancing while patiently serving food to them. The preparation looks neat, hygienic and safe. The navigation remains seamless as before. You can head to the lounge and enjoy a wholesome meal while you wait for your boarding to start.n*Advice to the team: Please bring back freshly cut fruits (especially watermelon) to the menu.
