Had to get a few things fixed of the bicycle and that was done quite quickly. The staff at the store were courteous and ready to help.nnThe person who help fixed the bicycle obviously has a lot of experience and it’s evident when he gets to work; he does a neat job.
Poor quality bicycles and poor customer service. Within seven months both tyres tore and seat was broken. And the reply from owner is there is no guarantee for plastic and rubber item and its because of misuse, whereas my son did not use it for last 3-4 months due to COVID lockdown. We have also observed that they buy back old bicycles and sell it by showing old stock with discounted price. Be careful!nnDear owner,nnWe would have appreciated if you would have replied on the issues that we faced instead of making personal level comments on our mindset. we never used such kind of words even though we faced issues with the product and service.nAnd thank you for blacklisting us, we are least interested in building any kind of relationship with you. we have already fixed all these issues from other vendor.nnWarm wishes,nRohan

Installed 21 gear to my MTB cycle. Polite staff with good knowledge of bicycles.
If it was possible to give 0 I would have given it as a review. Worst customer service and they make sure that the extra fittings are local and yet they take cost of the branded price. They cheat customers that is all I can say.
