Good service but be careful regarding the prices they charge.

Worse tour agency i ever met. We use this tour agent for our Sikim trip during Apr 13th - 21th 2019. Our car broke during the way to Tzungu Lake while it was rain and snow. Then driver managed to drive us to Tzungu Lake and back to hotel. That night i called the woman from this agency to make sure the car will be ok for the next day because we will leave Gungtok and go to Darjeeling. That weman told me to trust her that it will be ok... Then the next day around 3.30 pm. our car broke again during Rangpo to Darjeeling. We tried to contact that woman by phonecalls, whatsapp voicecalls and whatsapp messages. Nobody pick up the phone. The message was read but no respond... So i kept calling until almost 6 pm. It was rain and there were 50 km to Darjeeling. After made a dozen phonecalls, finally someone picked up. So i explained the situation to him and requested the new car. At first that guy told me the new car will be there in 30 minutes. After my complain, that guy told me he cannot do anything becuase it was driver's responsible...Then the driver drived us back to Rangpo and got us the new car around 8 pm... Almost 6 hours we had to hung around in small village, rained. And we can say this tour agent ignored us. At the end, we arrived the hotel in Darjeeling around 11 pm, exhausted and sleepy. The annoying haven't over yet. The new driver told us we have to pay him 45k... It turned out that the old driver told the new driver that was the cost we have to pay. After a lot of confusions, phonecalls and whatsapp voicecalls (which never respond as usual) we can reach our guide to help us to clear everything. Thanks to her. i want to say that this agency doesn't be a professional at all. They knew the car broke becuase guide told them. But no solution, no option, no any attemps to show us they willing to help. So this tour agency is something you have to avoid if you want to spend your holiday in Sikkim.
