Very polite, helping minded officers. Really surprised to see this behaviour by government officials. In spite of a total stranger to them, patiently explained the process and personally verified the documents before submission.

Beware of agents. Go directly and make things happen. No need of agents any more. Everything is happening with a smooth and speedy response. Not a hygeine place.

Ample parking, convenient location and very helpful staff.

There were no delay for the process which i came for.

Very good experience today at aluva RTO. What a turn around time in issuing RC. Appreciate the employees' dedication and promptness in alerting me the issue and cooperating with me for its resolution. This office has set a benchmark for service as far as I'm concerned. Keep up the good work.
