Sitaram Beach Retreat

The resort is set by a serene beach,a little away from thrissur town. It was a quaint yet luxurious property. The resort per se is beautiful with perfectly maintained lawns and a breathtaking landscape. The cottages are rustic on the outside but is sheer luxury on the inside. Every little detail like the adorable lamps and the outdoor-seeming bathrooms with plants have been well thought-of and executed. The staff at the resort are super friendly, and the food is a perfect combination of tasty and healthy. I definitely recommend the place for those looking for a calm and therapeutic getaway!

A beautiful property just by the Arabian sea. Calm and serene environment, a clean accessible beach, delicious food and warm and friendly staff. The rooms are well equipped and modern even though they give you the ambience of a traditional Kerala architecture. Will definitely return some other time.

Serenity.nIf there’s one word to describe Sitaram resorts, then that would be it.nBuilt beside the beaches of the Arabian Sea, it not only gives you a retreat from the hustle and bustle of daily living, but also an overdose of the beauty that nature has to offer.nWe came to know about the resort from a friend, and decided to head there for a weekend getaway. We reached just in time for the sunset on a Saturday evening, and boy, was it a sight to witness! Despite hailing from a beach city (Calicut), it was mesmerising to watch the sunset in a soothingly calm atmosphere.nThe rooms were also big and spacious, with ambient lighting and vintage furniture. The bathroom was built in a classic ‘tharavaadu’ style with a tinge of modern design.nBeing an Ayurvedic health resort, I did expect the food to be a bit bland. On the contrary, it was a perfect blend in terms of health and taste. To top it off, the hospitality of the staff is commendable.nThe resort has a galore of options for Ayurvedic therapies. Together with the perfect ambience, I must say the resort is a unique destination for those who need a relaxing weekend.
