I had joined for meditation course and had a wonderful experience. I felt more calm and energetic. Now I had joined yoga classes too. He is an amazing yoga teacher. He teaches all the postures in a very simple manner for a beginner to learn and practice. The quality of the audio and video is perfect. I strongly recommend yogaita for online classes.

Yogaita's yoga classes run by Krishna sir has been amazing for my health and well being. Had started yoga classes with ill health in 2019 .. Have continued ever since and also took up his online yoga classes.. I haven't stopped doing Yoga ever since. It definitely rejuvenates ones body, soul and mind and helps to maintain a healthy balanced lifestyle in general. I definitely recommend Yogaita. And they are very professional and can provide you with tailor made yoga routines with breathing and meditation techniques depending on your health conditions.

Yogaita Virtual allow you to practice live – streamed classes from the comfort of your own home. Combine all the benefits of an online class with every thing you love about alive studio class. Have a teacher right there practicing along side you and experience the energy and dynamic nature that comes with alive class.

♥ufe0fMy favourite yoga classes in all of Kerala !!nUnnikrishnan is an amazing instructor . Calm, Inspiring and was very helpful throughout my practice. Brought my friend who was brand new to Yoga and he worked with both of our levels. Would recommend this centre to anyone visiting.
