None picks the phone. Unfriendly exe. Thinking to close all my fixed deps

Horrible experience! Absolutely no care and respect for customers. I have been to other branches outside Kerala and never had an unpleasant experience. But the ICICI branches in Kerala are amazingly irreverent to customers.

Very poor service. Even to get customer care support number also I have waited and headed slogan from the branch.. The security is behaving very arrogantly. The staff named sooraj surendran also not in condition to help, and giving need less slogans. I respect Icici coz I have served the bank for a long time. This is very poor from Aleppy Icici bank.nMahesh
