The sound and picture quality is still great. The place was sanitized and all the safety arrangements were in place but some seats had a lot of dust on it (but wasn't smelly). I think the auditoriums should be clean enough for optimal experience and safety.

Best multiplex in the city and also the first. seats are comfortable and auditoriums are big. picture and sound quality is excellent. Clean and hygienic washroom. Good environment to visit with family.

Best multiplex in Indore if you compare it with others, but yeah major improvement is required. Nowadays when movie tickets are booked online if you're going with a group and some of them entered in hall scanning the QR code remaining person has to call other on the checking point to enter coz his QR code says already scanned. Fix this issue with number of people entering at that time on one QR code. I loved when the seats were reclining one now its not. Otherwise great experience. Staff is really helpful (one star extra for that only).
