Here is one and all relief massage , I wanna share with you guys' about the Blue heaven spa . There is different types of massages .. But I know well only the four massages so here is it .. 1.Swedish massage,is exceptionally beneficial for increasing the level in the blood,decreasing muscle toxins improving circulation and flexibility while easing tension. 2.Aroma therapy,using massage oil or lotion tat contains essential oils (highly concentrated plant oils) 3 deep tissue ,the benefits of deep tissue massage a therapy is similar to Swedish massage' but the deeper pressure is beneficial in releasing chronic muscle tension(the protective layer surrounding muscles bones and joints 4 Balinese massage the Balinese massage is the perfect of regain harmony between body and mind etc) I know about that's all of Blue heaven spa and I'll update the post other massages afterward .. The therapist are belongs from Northeast.....the therapist are well trained and professionals....
