We have visited this place in December after lock down for our honeymoon. We enjoyed our stay here and the support staff was excellent. Their breakfast was super with delicious choices of breakfast. The staff was most helpful and knowledgeable. And they had also arranged our transport during our stay and when we wanted to visit nearby places. Overall I will recommend for this place for fun-filled stay. Ambience 5/5 Staff behaviour 5/5 Cleanleaniess and hygiene 5/5 Other room amenities 5/5 Food 4/5

We stayed in bamboo saa resort for 3 nights. Our deal included breakfast and overall stay was pleasant. It was'nt too great and neither too bad. Lets start with +Points : 1: At the resort main gate your fever will be checked no matter how manny times you come and go. Which is a good thing. 2: We booked classic room, 350sq ft and above..very specious rooms, beautifully decorated along with quite comfortable king size beds. 3: staff was humble and polite 4: green and clean resort. 5: Excellent Breakfast with large variety and quality. Good taste 6: complimentary Ice bucket 7: you can order food from outside and can get paper plates from the hotel. Lets come to -ve points : 1: washroom shower and wash basin water flow is dead. Room no 201 2: swimming pool was a big disappointment. Average in size Later we found one more pool is under construction on the back side of the resort. 3: Food menu prices are sky rising. Almost everything is for 500 bucks. You should drop your food prices so that instead of ordering from out side people can order from resort only. 4: room size is so large but still you dont have any sofa chairs in room. The office chair placed in room is not a good option for guest to sit and relax for long time

We have visited this place during our honeymoon in first week of December. We enjoyed every bit of our stay here. Staff was most helpful and polite. Their breakfast was awesome. Reception staff was too friendly. We opted for thier Swiss chalet room which was a private wooden cottage with a balcony and most comfortable room stay.

The place is amazing. We visited here during covid days ( December 2020), and the first thing I have to say is that the place is absolutely clean. They clean your room (and provably other room too) twice. The service is great and the staff is courteous and very accommodating.
